What do we do?
We can offer flexible office accommodation for any size of business from start-up companies needing a small office for a single desk, to a multi-national needing additional office space. We also have a conference room for any meeting you may need away from your office, as well as a patio area for lunch away from your desk.
What does it cost?
You will see from our "AVAILABILITY GUIDE" that renting a professional, well presented office space is not as expensive as you might think. Rent is fixed for 3 years and includes All Utilities, Buildings insurance and Service charge. The only things not included are Rates which are payable direct to the council and Telecoms; the equipment is in place you just need a line activating.
How does it work?
Upon signing a lease, you pay a rent deposit equal to two months rent and one month's rent in advance. Rent is then invoiced and paid monthly in advance thereafter. All prices quoted are Ex VAT.
What about access?
Occupants can access the centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are intercoms in each office so you can talk to clients and give them access without leaving your office. A manager is on site during normal business hours to handle any day to day enquires.
When can i move in?
Subject to availability and contract, you can move in as soon as you sign the agreement and pay the first month's rent and deposit.
What about hotdesking?
There are 10 desks available to hire either daily or weekly, they come with WiFi internet access and are located near to all amenities with a separate conference suite available to hire.
