What do we do?

We can offer flexible office accommodation for any size of business from start-up companies needing a small office for a single desk, to a multi-national needing additional office space. We also have a conference room for any meeting you may need away from your office, as well as a patio area for lunch away from your desk.

What does it cost?

You will see from our "AVAILABILITY GUIDE" that renting a professional, well presented office space is not as expensive as you might think. Rent is fixed for 3 years and includes Electricity, Heating, Buildings insurance and Service charge.

How does it work?   

Upon signing a lease, you pay one month's rent in advance and a rent deposit equal to two months rent.  Rent is then invoiced and paid monthly in advance thereafter.

What about access?

Occupants can access the centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  A manager is on site during normal business hours to handle any day to day enquires.

When can I move in?

Subject to availability and contract, you can move in as soon as you sign the agreement and pay the first month's rent and deposit.
